Dining at Waldorf Astoria Park City

Waldorf Astoria Park City’s on-property restaurant, Powder, offers relaxed modern mountain cuisine.

About

The dishes at Powder draw inspiration from the surrounding Wasatch Mountains. In order to bring elements of nature into the restaurant, we source and forage for local ingredients from local vendors.

Powder is the ideal location to gather for breakfast, lunch, après, dinner and drinks with unique fresh and flavorful menu offerings for the entire family. We offer indoor private dining and additional outdoor season seating with views of the pool and scenic outdoor courtyard.

Chef Michael

Chef Michael Zachman takes a refreshingly contemporary approach in the kitchen, with a straight forward cooking philosophy: fresh, seasonal ingredients from about the globe with a focus on local markets and farms throughout the region. Dishes are inspired by his gastronomic journeys, from London’s Borough food market to the Tokyo Tsukiji fish market. Always evolving, he enjoys collaborating with other chefs and credits much of his success to the passionate and the talented teams he has worked with over the past two decades.

Beer Garden

Waldorf Astoria Park City is pleased to announce a poolside Beer Garden, new for Summer 2017. The Beer Garden will be open daily starting at 11 am. Five Park City Brewery beers will be on tap, including our signature beer, Pow Day.

For the public, Waldorf Astoria Park City is proud to open the Beer Garden on Saturday evenings starting at 5 pm for ages 21+. This experience is a casual vibe with an outdoor pouring station, poolside dining available until 10 pm, picnic table seating and lawn games. Join us starting June 3rd!

Pow Day

Waldorf Astoria Park City is proud to have the only custom craft beer of the Waldorf Astoria portfolio.

In 2016, Waldorf Astoria Park City partnered with Park City Brewery to launch the hotel’s first signature craft beer, “Pow Day,” available exclusively at the hotel and Park City Brewery’s taproom. Pow Day, is a crisp pale ale with a hint of rye that pairs perfectly with the modern mountain cuisine served at Powder.
